Bookings Policy – Ibiza Kids Camp Welcome to Ibiza Kids Camp! Please read our booking policy carefully to ensure a smooth process and mutual understanding. By booking a spot for your child, you agree to the following terms and conditions: Booking Confirmation A booking is confirmed once payment has been received in full. Bookings are non-transferable unless agreed upon in writing by Ibiza Kids Camp. Cancellations and Refunds Refunds are only provided in cases of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., medical emergencies or family crises). Any request for a refund must include documented proof of the unforeseen circumstances. Refunds will not be issued for cancellations due to changes in personal plans, weather conditions, or other non-urgent reasons. Changes to Camp Activities Ibiza Kids Camp reserves the right to modify activities, schedules, or locations if necessary to ensure the safety and enjoyment of all participants. Liability While we strive to ensure the highest levels of safety, Ibiza Kids Camp cannot be held liable for injuries, accidents, or losses that occur during camp activities. Parents are encouraged to provide accurate information about their child’s health and any specific needs. If you have any questions about this policy, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
