Legal Disclaimer Ibiza Kids Camp takes great care in providing a safe and enriching environment for all children. All activities are supervised by qualified staff, and every effort is made to ensure safety and well-being throughout the camp. However, Ibiza Kids Camp is not liable for any personal injury or damage to personal belongings. The ultimate responsibility for the supervision, welfare, and behaviour of each child remains with their parent(s) or legal guardian(s) at all times. Please note that Ibiza Kids Camp is a fully registered company. The camp is led by an experienced professional with a background in child development and sports, and this expertise is applied to all aspects of our program. Transport Service – Disclaimer Ibiza Kids Camp offers a pick-up and drop-off service to support families during camp days. While we take all reasonable care to ensure safe transport, the responsibility for the child’s safety and wellbeing during transportation remains fully with the parents or legal guardians. Ibiza Kids Camp cannot be held liable for any injury, loss, or damage that may occur during pick-up or drop-off. Parents or guardians are expected to ensure that their child is ready and safely handed over at the agreed locations. If this form is completed by someone other than the child’s parent or legal guardian, the responsibility remains with the child’s actual parent(s) or guardian(s). By ticking the 'I accept' box during checkout, you confirm that you have read and understood these disclaimers and agree to the terms stated above. If not accepted, your child cannot join the camp.
